Description
Description
Red Eye Rubber Leg Damsel is a South African stillwater damsel nymph built around two proven triggers — red bead eyes and barred rubber legs that pulse with any movement of the fly. A slim dubbed body with flash ribbing gives a realistic segmented profile, while the wispy marabou tail provides movement on the slowest retrieve. Tied by Flyzinc on a #8 hook, it is best fished on a floating or intermediate line with a slow figure-of-eight or short strip retrieve, particularly during summer when damsels are migrating toward the shore to emerge.
