Lightweight, rigid and reliable, the Shift C delivers the core Sage SCS drag package in a no-nonsense reel that gets out of your way and lets you fish.

Drag That Works Every Time

The Shift C runs Sage's SCS drag package, tuned per size to match the fishing at hand. The One Revolution Drag Knob — numbered 1 to 10 with a click position between each number, giving 19 settings in total; makes adjustment fast and repeatable. Whether you're chasing trout on a highveld stillwater or running after a bonefish on the flats, you can dial in the right pressure and trust it to hold.

Light, Rigid and Ready

The Shift C frame and spool are cut from lightweight aluminium with a machined finish; rigid enough to handle consistent use across freshwater and saltwater applications without adding unnecessary weight to your setup. A narrow width, large arbor design with a vented concave arbor gives you fast line pick-up and greater spool strength and capacity. This is a reel built to perform across the board.

Four Sizes, Any Water

Available in 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 and 9/10, the Shift C covers trout, yellowfish, bass and light saltwater with equal confidence. Left- and right-hand retrieve conversion is straightforward. Colours are Black and Grey and each reel ships with a neoprene and embroidered ballistic nylon case.
